To improve on the way we carry out the task of crediting
your exam account, you will now be required to observe the
following guide lines as you deposit your fees at the bank:
- If you are a member or continuing candidate, you will be reminded
of the bank account number to use via the email address you
provided us.
- If you are new to IOB, please register first and provide
an email address which we can use to communicate with you
- When you are ready to pay fees at the bank, you will be required
to quote the following information (Please adhere to this to avoid
delays in crediting your account):
- Your registration number, eg IOB-2003-209
- Your full names, eg John Choziwaziwa Chimtengo
- Your Phone Number so that we can easily contact you if
there is a problem in crediting your account
- Indicate what the amount deposited is for, eg
'FEES FOR NOVEMBER EXAMS, MEMBERSHIP, REGISTRATION etc'
(This is what will be quoted on your receipt).
Please note that there is no need to indicate the Papers
you wish to sit for at this stage
In view of this new development, all students sitting for the
November 2013 examinations will be given special examination numbers.
Every semester these examination numbers will be changed once you
have paid for your examinations and annual subscription fees. If you
do not have your examination number by 20th of March and November of
each year and yet you have paid for fees, you need to contact our
offices.
Please note that you will still maintain your IOB number which
is your identification number as our student. This number will not
be used when writing your examinations. A special number will be
generated and communicated to you. The communication will act as an
invitation to the examination.
Make sure that you deposit the exact amount of funds for that
particular semester. We will not entertain any refunds.
